These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lead Gen Tracker website, demo request process, and platform (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

Lead Gen Tracker provides tools to help businesses identify prospects, organize outreach, prepare personalized messages, and track relationships. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including LinkedIn’s terms of service and anti-spam laws.

Lead Gen Tracker is not a tool for automatically sending mass messages. You are responsible for all outreach and communication you send using information prepared or organized through the platform.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account or request a demo. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Demo Requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a binding agreement or guarantee access to the platform. Lead Gen Tracker reserves the right to evaluate demo requests and decline those that are not a good fit.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Lead Gen Tracker or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the Services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Send unsolicited, bulk, or harassing communications.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of any third-party terms.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Gen Tracker and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Gen Tracker and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.
