Accessibility Statement

This page is maintained by Lead Gen Tracker to communicate our accessibility commitment and how to report issues.

Lead Gen Tracker is committed to making our website and platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to follow best practices and accessibility standards so that our tools are usable by the widest possible audience.

Our Commitment

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a design goal. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of abilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

This is a shared responsibility: our platform is built on technologies that support accessibility, and we continually work to improve the user experience. Some third-party content or integrations may not fully meet these standards, and we encourage users to let us know when they encounter barriers.

What We Are Doing

  • Using semantic HTML and proper heading structure.
  • Providing keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls.
  • Designing clear focus indicators and visible hover states.
  • Using readable color contrast for text and important UI elements.
  • Adding descriptive labels and alt text where appropriate.
  • Testing with keyboard navigation and screen-reader workflows.

Known Limitations

While we work to make all parts of the experience accessible, some areas may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We monitor user feedback and prioritize improvements that remove barriers.

Feedback and Assistance

We welcome your feedback. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Lead Gen Tracker website or platform, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We will do our best to respond promptly and address your concern.
